The LIT Program

  1. Leadership and Mentorship Development: Cultivate leadership skills in LITs by giving them responsibilities in guiding and mentoring younger campers, fostering a sense of stewardship and empathy.

  2. Advanced Communication Skills: Focus on enhancing communication abilities in diverse settings, encouraging LITs to effectively interact with peers, campers, and staff, thereby strengthening their interpersonal skills.

  3. Personal and Professional Growth: Provide opportunities for LITs to develop key life skills such as responsibility, teamwork, and problem-solving, which are essential for their personal and professional lives.
